As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs of all breeds and weights. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home!

Our Pet Policy 

  • This Community is pet-friendly, allowing dogs, cats, or large birds. 
  • Two pets are permitted per apartment home. 
  • A pet addendum and vet records are required prior to the pets' move-in. 
  • All breeds and weights are accepted upon interview. 

Pet Fees 

  • A $300 one-time nonrefundable fee for 1 pet 
  • A $500 one-time nonrefundable fee for 2 pets 
  • Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet
