Leasing Questions

No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.

Application fees are $60 per person for anyone18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay this fee online by credit card, a small fee will apply. All application fees are nonrefundable. A one-time nonrefundable Admin Fee of $150 is due at the time of application and will hold the apartment off the market while we process your application. 

Applications are completed online and may be found under the floor plans tab of our property website. You can apply straight from your phone, on a tablet, PC or in the office with our leasing staff. 

Residents are responsible for all utilities including gas and electricity. Our community bills back monthly for water, sewage, trash, pest control and common-use gas.

Security Deposits begin at $300 for a 1-bedroom, $500 for a 2-bedroom, and $700 for a 3-bedroom. All criteria must be met for the basic Security Deposit amount. Applications that dont fully meet the requirements may be approved with an additional security deposit equal to 2 months' rent. 

Rent is always due on or before the first of the month and a $100 late fee is assessed on the 6th of every month and another $100 late fee is assessed on the 11th of every month (even Sundays and holidays).

You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

Up to 2 pets (cats, dogs or large birds) are permitted. Any number of pets living in the apartment will then require a one-time, nonrefundable fee of $300 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. No breed or weight restrictions

Resident Questions

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.

If you love our apartments and want to refer a friend, please let our office know! We offer resident referral programs throughout the year and would love for your friends and family to join our community.

You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.

Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, or staying longer than 2 days, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.

We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.

Yes. Each apartment is wired in and ready to go for high speed cable and internet access. We have negotiated special pricing for our residents- reach out to your leasing office for more information. 

Grilling on the property is prohibited. However, you may use our on-site charcoal grills located in the picnic area. 

If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment. If you are locked out after hours you will need to contact your local locksmith. Due to safety and liability we will not respond to lock outs after hours.  (copies of new keys will need to be provided to the office).

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.

This property participates in a controlled parking program that permits only residents and guests to use the parking lot. Vehicle registration is mandatory and one vehicle per lease holder is permitted.
