Pet Policy

Forest Part Apartments allow dogs and cats
Two pets per apartment home
A pet addendum and vet records are required
All breeds and weights accepted upon interview

Pet Fees

1 pet: $30 monthly pet rent + $300 one-time nonrefundable fee
2 pets: $50 monthly pet rent + $500 one-time nonrefundable fee
